About Quarella Quartz
Quarella is an Italian manufacturer of engineered quartz and marble surfaces, based in Verona and producing stone since 1965. Quarella quartz is made from more than 90 per cent crushed quartz, mirror, glass and granite, bound with a blend of pigments and polymer resins. The result is a hard-wearing surface that resists scratching, staining and everyday heat, while offering a refined and consistent finish.
One of the things that set Quarella apart was its eco-friendly origin. Many of its surfaces were created using reclaimed quarry material, transformed and renewed into new slabs. The colour palette drew heavily on the Italian landscape and the architecture of Rome, Venice and the Amalfi Coast, which is why so many Quarella colours carry Italian place names.
Quarella produced two main ranges: the Quartz Living range, made from natural quartz, and a marble composite range made with similar engineered-stone technology. Slabs were supplied at approximately 3070mm x 1410mm in 12mm, 20mm and 30mm thicknesses, with a choice of four finishes: Polished, Honed, Velvet Touch and Chenille.

Amalfi Blue, Capri Rose, Ischia Green, Positano White, Procida Green, Ravello Gold and Sorrento Blue. Inspired by the colours of Italy’s Amalfi Coast, this collection brought softer pastels and bolder statement tones to the Quarella range.
