This is an In-Frame shaker style, hand-painted in a rich green ‘Brunswick Green’ by Little Greene – a smart and confident shade that’s perfect for this home in the countryside where nature is all around. Fields upon fields surround this marvellous home and adding a versatile and durable quartz worktop brings the kitchen right up to date with the design trends of today.
The luxurious white surface is a great contrast between the wooden elements and green cabinets and one that will be loved for many years.
There were many parts to this kitchen due to the layout and shape of the space, but it meant that the CRL Calacatta Dorado could be implemented in every corner. This Calacatta marble-style quartz still has the look and feel of natural marble and is perfect for making a statement. It draws the eye with its beautiful and individual sense of character, and it has undoubtedly bought elegance to this lovely kitchen space.

Due to the size of the kitchen our client was very lucky to have two sink areas. One overlooks the land and one looks out onto an indoor swimming pool! Yes, that’s right you heard it correctly, an indoor swimming pool! We introduced upstands to each sink area, drainer grooves and a nice little ledge where the sink sits.
The island is purely used for prep, seating and storage, so a full slab was designed onto the top of the solid oak structure that was finished with a cute chopping board.
A lover of coffee, the client had their very own coffee station built amongst the kitchen space. The deep green cabinets were filled with glazed glass door fronts, satin brass handles, open shelving and the quartz acting as a cold shelf for the coffee appliances and essentials to sit. To make this more prominent in the space, we added a full-height splashback to really bring it to life and let those deep veins tell a story as they work up the wall.
