We wanted to show you just an example of a busy week at Cawdor Stone Gallery. We get our fitters to take photographs as they finish the job and send them to the office via a dedicated WhatsApp group. By doing this we all feel more involved as a team. The sales team get to see the stone that is actually installed and gives us a chance to say a personal thank you to our fitters who have looked after our clients with whom we have built a relationship.
Remember these are not professional photos, but our fitters’ phone snaps. Professional photos will come at a later date, when the kitchen is completed and at our client’s convenience.
This particular week in October saw many different stones being installed from quartz worktops to granite worktops and even some outdoor applications. Here are just a few of the worktops we installed this week. You might even find the perfect one for you!
Cloud Burst, Installed in St Albans, Herts
Check out this statement stone, @niletradingukltd Cloud Burst. We applied it to all areas of the kitchen and made a beautiful island from it. This stunning material is perfect if you are looking to create a serene atmosphere in your kitchen. With a blue and white combination that creates an impression of waves and sea foam, this quartz surface is unique beyond compare.
Nero Assoluto, Installed in Stevenage, Herts
In this week of installations, we took our tools outside and completed this very posh outdoor kitchen with the Nero Assoluto granite. This granite worktop is a uniform black and is a best-seller. The timeless look is a great choice for this outdoor space and adds a powerful surface.
Fiji, Installed in Potters Bar, Herts
One of our favourite installs lately is the @classicquartzstone Fiji which complements this kitchen unbelievably well. A large island is centred in the middle with this beautiful stone and we also fabricated and installed a full-height splashback to the cooking area and a cold shelf to the pantry cupboard. The strong veined pattern that runs through the white stone is simply perfect!
Sierra, installed in Digswell, Herts
A beautiful sparkle glistens in the light from the @cimstoneuk Sierra worktop. We fabricated and installed a matching windowsill, splashback and upstands. This light white coloured quartz with a very small grain and mirrored flecks provides a luxury stone for this blue kitchen.
Trilium, installed in Ingatestone, Essex
This dekton worktop gives this kitchen an industrial feel and a surface full of colour. The mixture of colours is inspired by volcanic stones and intense grey and black touches. It was born in 2016 becoming the first ecological colour of Dekton. We fabricated this in a 12mm thickness, completing the windowsills and splashback.
