– Only 1 customer will be in the showroom at any one time (up to 2 people from the same household)
– Please no children under the age of 15. If you have childcare requirements and cannot otherwise attend, please call us to discuss your needs.

We know we are doing the right thing by continuing to keep our showroom and factory closed during this time. We have one member of our team available for dealing with enquiries and quotes ready for when we kick back off.
We can confirm a handful of businesses in the worktop industry are also following this practice, while unfortunately many are not.

Following the Prime Ministers instructions last night that everyone must stay at home for the next 3 weeks and be enlisted in the drive to suppress the spread of the COVID-19 virus, we must regretfully advise you that we have closed our doors today and will review the situation again in 3 weeks’ time.
Any template/install dates previously agreed with you, will be postponed for at least 3 weeks, subject to Government direction on our ability to re-open.
We have taken this extreme action in line with our understanding of Government policy and to protect both you and our staff.
It is impossible for our 2 plus installation teams to distance themselves at minimum 2 metres when travelling together in our vans, similarly, the need for unloading and installation places them in close proximity of each other in your kitchen areas and we do not feel it reasonable that they be asked to do this at this time given the Governments very clear advice and that the completion of kitchen surfaces cannot be defined as an essential service.
We realise that for some, this will create huge inconvenience and for that, we can only apologise. The safety of our staff and clients is of paramount importance to us. Therefore it is with a heavy heart we have taken the decision to close the Cawdor Stone Gallery from today for the first time since the company registered in August, 1986.
We are a family concern and like you at this terrible time our goal is to protect our families, employees and our neighbours, support them and help us all get through this with minimal casualties.
We have always operated conservatively and therefore have the resources in place to support our employees and withstand the current enforced closure and even a longer siege, should it occur and we will emerge intact and resume our provision of high-quality kitchen surfaces as soon as we are permitted to do so safely.

However at this time, we wish you and your families a safe passage through these remarkably concerning events, we thank you for your trust and support in our business and we will be in touch as soon as we are permitted to re-open.
