This bespoke kitchen in Hertfordshire was handcrafted by @planetfurnitureltd – a family-owned business who have been creating beautiful, bespoke kitchens and fine-fitted furniture for over 20 years.
We completed this luxurious kitchen with a gorgeous worktop that has style and hard-wearing properties – the @classicquartzstone Calacatta Gold. Calacatta Gold is a popular choice and consists of a white base with pretty grey veins and hints of gold – a luxe look for the modern home. It sits next to white cabinetry and a white-washed oak with black gloss appliances.
We also completed the bar in the barn but we will show you that on another page, as we feel each of these projects needs its own section. Our client underwent a huge renovation project on their property in Hertfordshire and completed many rooms in their home. We were assigned to the kitchen and bar where a different choice of worktops are seen bringing different feels to each room.

Let’s talk about some of the special features we added to this kitchen design.
The kitchen island is complete with a radius edge that makes the perfect seating area. The curved edge allows whoever is sitting there to sit more socially rather than in a straight line. This type of style also adds character to the home and a stand-out feature for this traditional design.
Behind the hob, there was a space for a big and bold splashback and that is exactly what we created for our client. The design of the kitchen layout allows for the special features to stand out and catch the eye.
Tucked round the corner from the main kitchen is this breakfast station, designed with you in mind and full of your favourite things to kick-start your day! We flowed the Calacatta Gold quartz from the handmade kitchen to this cute little area and fabricated a sink cut-out and upstand, which looks absolutely stunning.
